Weird story...I had ordered a tone bar online as that mail-bomber was having his moment back in October. The package arrived opened with no tone bar in it (replaced by insurance).

I suspect it got flagged by a detector, but strange that it didn't eventually show up.

Another true story around that same incident...I was at work checking the shipping status on my laptop and along with that was a picture of the tone bar. At that very moment a co-worker walked up behind me and had a strange look on his face regarding what was on my computer screen. I had to explain. You know what those things look like.

Just duct tape a couple wires to it and you should be fine
