I am praying and hoping that the show is not canceled. It's the highlight of mine and Teresa's year.
Last year the attendance was down somewhat due to the start of the pandemic. But, it was still a great show and everyone had a great time.
I want to say that the hotel went out of its way to keep the place clean and safe. And I never heard anyone say they caught the virus th we re last year.
So, you can count on the hotel staff and the officers of the TSGA to go the extra mile to insure that you have a safe and fun experience at the Jamboree. And, until I hear otherwise from Albert Talley, we plan on being there, and hope a bunch of you do too.

Last night on the local news here in the DFW area, the infection rate is rising and the number of ICU beds is dwindling. I am not trying to scare anyone away from coming if it happens, but the attendance may be very restricted. I have already gotten my first vaccination shot and will have the second long before March. I am still weary of attending.
My plan: be vigilant on what is happening here. I personally will not attend if the numbers continue to stay on par or rise. If there is no show, I am planning to make a donation to the TSGA so Albert and crew can keep the tradition alive even if it does not happen this year.

Since this is, unfortunately, now resolved, I'll close this one up and refer to this thread - viewtopic.php?t=365842
