Big Sandy & The Fly Rite Boys in NYC
Nov.10 at The Bowery Ballroom.
They are opening for The Iguanas. Can't really put a label on The Iguana's music other than eclectic. They did bring the house (well, tent really) down at New Orleans Jazz Fest, but I'm really going to see some good ole' fashion non pedal steel ge'tar playin'!

Slim,I'll make an effort to do that for ya'.
Between these two groups,it should a real fun evening. Of course a beer or ten wouldn't hurt either. Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th is The Steel Guitar Celebration in Norwalk,Ct. so this whole weekend is going to be real exciting for me.There's only one other thing that would get me that excited.....nah,on second thought,I'd rather be steelin'..........
