Alt. Country Jamboree in Nashville (?)

Looks like the last Thursday of each month is, at least for now, gonna be an alt. country jamboree at the semi-infamous Springwater in Nashville. The first one will be this month. I'll be playing with the ever-inexplicable Melba Toast. Suzette Renee and the Box Elders will also be playing among others. Should be odd at worst and, probably, a lotta fun. Come on down!

The Springwater is at the south side of Centennial Park, right behind the McDonald's on West End. Or, for those who know Nashville BBQ (such as it is...) better than it's fast food havens, it's the club attached to Hog Heaven. It's small, it's often filthy, and the sound is uneven. In other words, it's absolutely EVERYTHING we've all come to know and love about music clubs in Nashville!

Same lineup this coming Tuesday at the Springwater again for a Haloween bash. If the costumes don't scare you, Melba's hair certainly will...
