printer does last to first

Post by Ron Victoria »

I never gave it much thought but our HP printer will print the last page first finishing with the first page. Is there a place to change this setting or is that just how this particular model is set up?

thanks, Ron

I have had several HP printers and I believe they all print like that.

Generally, this setting can be changed under print preferences...

If you are using Windows..

Start>Printers>Right-Click on Printer>Printing Preferences

Find Page Order and change it from "Back to Front" to "Front to Back"

I think most people like it like that. I know I do. That way, the order of pages when it is in the paper catcher (heck, I don't know what it is actually called) is from page 1 to page ???. No having to rearrange the pages to be in order.

But as stated above, you should be able to change that in "Print Settings".
