Norton 360?

Post by Roger Shackelton »

I have A Norton 360 Version 5.0 CD.

Is it too old or outdated to be useful?

Roger,

I believe version 5.0 was released three years ago. It is very outdated as it stands. I'd check some place like Amazon for the current version, either disc or download.

If you have Vista or Windows 7, just download and use the free Microsoft Security Essentials.

If you have Windows 8/8.1 Microsoft Windows Defender (same a Security Essentials) is built in.
