A good man!

Post by Wendell Pilgrim »

No matter how hard we try to be a good person and do unto others as we would have them do unto us, we still at times come up short of the mark. For 43 years my friend Charlie Norris has always been the one who went out of his way to help me, encourage me, be there at my side when my dad passed, supply me with steels, amps, and anything that I needed, putting my needs before his own. But the thing that help me the most was when I left the music seen to go into full time ministry he said, "Hoss, I am proud of you, go for it". I will miss him more than I can say but I can say this. Charlie Norris, that's a good man.

Well said Skip. Charlie loved the steel guitar but he loved steel players even more.
