I also tip my cap to Jeff and Doug for pointing these tabs out. They were done with precision and care.
Special thanks to Harold Bullard for all those tabs that Doug listed.

What a band!! I also have JD's first course GET INSIDE that Ken listed and it's great having JD giving audio/tabbed lessons in my living room but not being there to laugh at me stumbling though.
