Tracy was the bass singer and husband of Libby of the Perrys for several years. They used a lot of steel on their songs Here is a link to his obit.

So sad and unbelievable, he was only 51. I loved his distinctive bass voice on the Perry's recordings. My prayers for the family during this difficult time.

Great friend and singer,

He loved the steel guitar as much as Vince Gill. Every time I picked he would be in the wing of the stage just staring at me while playing and listening to every note and always encouraging me in everything I did.

Daryle Singletary sang at his funeral. Excellent rendition of Walk Through This World With Me.
