Confirmed players are Wally Moyers, Jeremy Moyers, Ben White, Larry Toliver, Danny Letz, Randel Palmore and,,,Mickey Adams just told me he will be there. I also just talked with David Wright!!! One of my favorites, and he is coming!! I'm very excited already. It should be a great afternoon of steelin. You don't want to miss this one! I'll give more info as it occurs. Keep on Steelin' and we'll see you there.

This is a great opportunity to see, hear, and rub elbows with some really good steelers in an extremely laid-back atmosphere. They always have a super back-up band, and you can hear great steel picking to your heart's content. Anyone able to attend this event will certainly walk out with a smile on their face. Mark your calendar!! Come early and try out some of the best burgers, etc. anywhere around this neck of the woods.

I attended last year and can't wait to come again. It is an afternoon of great music! It's a really fun venue and the lineup for this April looks great again.
This one you don't want to miss.

Just looking at that lineup of quality players, that Danny Letz guy may just move to specktater status. At any rate I plan to be on hand to assist you in any way I can. I'm sure that's just a starter list and we'll try to make a place for you no matter what level of the steel player obsession you are in. It's free except we put out a tip jar to help out our backup band. The Lumberyard has great hospitality and we'd like to see you whether you play or are just there to watch the nerves go completely out of control in my hands, feet and knees.

I'm sure looking forward to this one. It's looking like one of the great ones. I got a call from Tommy Allison from Pennsylvania, and he is picking up a steel in Austin. He said since he was in the neighborhood, he and his wife were coming by that weekend. Yall come on out.

I wish that I could do that. My job changed ownership and it appears that we are starting just like a going to a new job. I just could not get away since I am on call. There will be some fantastic pickers there to rub elbows with.

You shoulda been there. I drew the short straw and played first. And thank the good Lord for that. Who woulda wanted to follow Palmore, David Wright, The Moyers father and son team, then a triple play with Wright, Moyers, and Moyers, then every bodies steel instructor Larry Toliver. Thanks to Lyndall Underwood for sound and vocals, Tony Adams Bass, Chris Myer Drums, Kacey Toliver Guitar, Kelly Hastey Guitar and our other guest musicians and singers. And special honorable mention to Red for singing and putting up with David all the time.

Yes, Danny is absolutely right! We had a great time today. Lots of good pickin, listening, and jawing with all our steel buddies. If you missed this one, you missed the best show we've probably ever had. The Lumberyard is a nice venue, and we had a great crowd to boot. We will definitely do it again in 3 or 4 months.
See yall then!

Yes the Lumberyard. They even had a gentleman assigned to help us load and unload equipment. What a great venue. And also the folks that just love good steel and good music that came out to watch. What a great afternoon of entertainment.
