Yes I've got one somewhere. I think it is from DunFrettin which is long gone now so I guess it is OK to share. Is this for you now Adair or for the OP????

I have the Herby Tab. Not sure if I can post it though. I bought the tab in the book "Approach to C6th" years ago.
