TX: Pearls Dance Hall or Blue Agave Saloon ?

Post by Richard Alderson »

I don't know where to post this question, so I guess I'll do it here. Has the business name changed on Pearls Dance Hall in the Fort Worth Stockyards? The internet is telling me Blue Agave Saloon at 302 W. Exchange.

I found an interview, online, with the new owner:
The Blue Agave Saloon is also known as Pearls Dancehall and it has a long history in the Stockyards, going back 100 years. It truly is a piece of history and has been well established for many years. We are hoping to continue to build on that success and become the best Tejano bar in the Stockyards.

Thanks - Pearl's is history. Sorry to see its gone. Hope the Thirsty Armadillo and such can continue the musical tradition.

Lil Reds Longhorn is the place to go now about 2 blocks down opposite side of street. Bigger and more spread out and steel guitar, fiddles, etc.
