Our ‘ol’ friend George Lake .. RIP .. left us a jewel on his YouTube channel.
George played bass for every convention he attended … and happened to catch JB on video, rehearsing for his 1988 HSGA Joliet appearance, in Frank Miller’s Holiday Inn hotel room. The triple neck belonged to Frank Miller. You can hear Frank’s wife Donna singing in the background … Ian Ufton played rhythm guitar

I bought that video from HSGA in ‘88 … watched it a million times, literally …
… it basically taught me steel guitar …
That same year had Jack Montgomery and Mike Scott playing too … between the 3 of them … what a show that was
