Bell Crank
Someone on the site here, probably fifteen years back or more, sent me, I think it was an Emmons bell crank to copy and make. I happened to come across the drawing I made for it. I don't know if anyone would be interested or if it can be found elsewhere but here it is. I think I made between 15 and twenty? and sent them to the gent. Then I figured I would have the company I was working for give me a quote on them. They are the figures in the upper right. I made them out of 304 stainless steel and had them quoted for the same. I chose the tolerances that I put on there, I have no ideal what the original manufacturers tolerances were. The 1.750 dimension between holes and their relationship to the center hole should be held as close as the equipment you are using can hold it. If I remember correctly there is a tapped hole on the side into the center hole for a set screw to lock it down. I don't remember what size but since the thickness is 3/32 or .093... it can't be to big.
