Can anyone help me with the first part of this song??? Keoki must surely be familiar with this Hawaiian standard.

I need the notes for the first chord transition/resolve after the lead-in. I want to do it on non-pedal steel and would also appreciate any tuning advice, as well. I usually use C6th.
