And you thought your child support was high

Post by chas smith R.I.P. »

Lisa and Kirk Kerkorian's 10 year courtship and 1 month marriage has ended in divorce. Lisa, 36, was 7th ranked on the tennis pro circuit in 1987, Kirk, 84, is the billionaire MGM studio and casino mogul and little Kira, their child is 3.
"...Among the monthly expenses listed for Kira is: $144,00 for travel; $14,000 for parties and play dates; $7,000 for charity; $4,300 for food, plus $5,900 to eat out; $2,500 for movies, theatrer and outings; $1,400 for laundry and cleaning; $1,000 for toys, videos and books; and $436 for care of Kira's bunny and other pets.
...If Lisa Kerkorian prevails, $320,000 a month would be by far the most expensive child support award in California..."<FONT SIZE=1 COLOR="#8e236b"><p align=CENTER>[This message was edited by chas smith on 14 January 2002 at 11:10 AM.]</p></FONT>

Still married to my first wife, so I can't comment on child support, etc.

I do know something about eating though. She's reasonably thrifty. She only spends 37% more "eating out" that on "food". Counting tips? Image

..$143 a day for a 3-year-old to eat IN?? That's a lot of Spagetti-O's...

..but what I started to say was, "and this is related to 'music' in what way?"...

It has nothing to do with music per se, I thought it was pretty interesting and outrageous and would make for some entertaining reading.

Chas: I did get a good laugh out of it although it more scary than anything else. Maybe HUMOR was the right place for it... If it's a joke, I hope it's one he can continue to afford for the duration of the pact. Some of these things seem more complicated than the Golan Heights or Kashmir.

The joke is, that Lisa and Kirk probably don't give a rat's ass about little Kira.

I hope that Kirk can pay a little more than $320,000 per month so that the little girl's mother can add education to her list.

Mike W.....

You better ask your wife first.
That lady of yours would beat you all over the house if you....... and beside that, she would take all your Steel player toys away from you.

I wouldn't take the chance. Image Image
