Where in heck do you find Wade Ray on disc?

You may be aware of this but just in case you haven't seen it there is a video called "Steel Guitar Classics Volume 2" That features Wade Ray performing with Herby Wallace in 1985. This was at the convention in St. Charles Missouri.

The video is very grainy but the audio is really good and the picking is absolutely fantastic!

I got mine from Herby and I believe it is also available from Scottys Music.

Yes, I remember the York Brothers, George and Lesley. Seems to me they were on King Records. Somewhere around the premises here I've got a copy of "If it Takes a Million Tears to Start a River" or "River of Tears" or whatever it was called. Great record. A guy I used to pick for many years ago, Jack Luker, had sung background third part on a couple of their recordings way back when. One microphone and an acetate disc machine, one time through the tune and the master was cut. On to the next number and so forth. Oh how times have changed.

Yes! I recall the YORK Brothers. Jerry Byrd does a fine job on "60 Minute Man"!
