Jeez. Is it me, or did the guy just lay the pickguard on the guitar for the picture? Not that it matters. I think he'd probably do better just trying to auction the pickguard. Who cares about the cheap strat copy he's putting it on?
Then again, who really cares about Alicia Keys autograph on a guitar? She doesn't even play guitar, as far as I know.
Maybe he shoulda had her sign the lid to a baby grand. Woulda been kinda hard to drag that thing into the meet and greet, tho'.

The guys thinks that his new China made Squier is the Tele that Keith played on the Rolling Stones 1972 album "EXILE ON MAIN STREET" and you can "buy it now" for $10,000!!!
Just got back from a Princess cruise (Alaska) and never went to the art auction --silly me. I wonder if I could have got the same unit on my ship.
I suspect that most people in the market for a vintage or famous player guitar would be familiar with the Squire as a fairly recent (about 12 years) product. I think the earlier Squires were made in Korea, but even they don't date back to 1972.
I think it's funny how the eBay page says, "seller ended auction early because of an error in listing." Heh! "Error in the listing?" Now that's an understatement!
