This from Marty Martel:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We have just received word that Grand Ole Opry Legend, Roy Drusky has passed away. As soon as there is more information on arrangements I will update everyone.
Please keep his family in your prayers during this time of their sorrow.
MAY HIS SOUL REST IN THE ARMS OF OUR GOOD LORD.
News just received, that Legendary Hall of Famer Ray Price, has had a heart attack and is being life flighted to a hospital in Texas. There are no details at this time. Please keep him and his wife Janie, and their son Cliff in your prayers, that Ray makes a full recovery.
<marquee>UPDATE FROM MARTY MARTEL</marquee>
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I make mistakes just like everyone else. At this time, even though it was on WSM/AM approximately 30/40 minutes ago that Ray was life flighted to a Texas hospital, there is not a confirmation that he had a heart attack, and jumped the gun too soon, but I still ask you to keep him on your prayer line, and if there is anything more I hear I will let everyone know. I was just concerned for Ray's well being.

It's so sad to hear all those news!

Skeeter and Roy - two of the all time greats are gone! I will miss them!

My prayers and condolences to their families and loved ones.

And my heartfelt best wishes to Ray - get well soon!

Kind Regards, Walter

Smiley;

This is Pee Wee. What is the latest on Ray Price's condition.
Tater called me last night and said he had to go to Alabama to play Ray's show date with Bill Anderson.
I haven't heard any more.
Thanks for any information.
