HELP!!!! Tubefex

Help!!! I have not used my Tubefex for about 8 months. Today I plugged it in and turned it on. It flashed and was bouncing from one thing to another, and wouldn't stop. It also gave me no sound. Is there a way of resetting it to the factory settings, or is there a battery that could do this? If so, is it a factory thing or can I replace it myself? All suggestions greatly appreciated. Andy

How about some Rev settings for live situations. Thanks
